A video interview
The interviewer and videographer come to your home with our professional camera equipment. A single 2-3 hour interview will cover your life’s highlights and a few anecdotes, or we can do several 2 hour sessions to capture all the detail, and give you a chance to rest and reflect between sessions.
A video interview:
- Fully captures the person's look, body language, tone of voice and expressions.
- Can be edited into a personal documentary with photos and music.
- Audio can be kept for later projects like a book or podcast.
An audio interview
The interviewer will come to your home with our professional audio equipment. A single 2-3 hour interview will cover your life’s highlights and a few anecdotes, or several 2 hour sessions will capture all the detail, and give you a chance to rest and reflect between sessions.
An audio interview:
- Can be less demanding on the interviewee - some people feel more comfortable without a camera.
- Can be kept for later projects like a book, or personal podcast.
- Is wonderfully intimate to listen back to as it captures tone of voice, humour, and poignant silences.
Creating a Photo & Story Book
You supply the photos, we extract stories from the interview, and turn these into a precious book to be gifted to friends and family.
We use a professional graphic designer to lay out the book pages. You have a chance to decide which stories and photos to include and we will provide you with a proof to inspect and make any corrections. Then, your book is printed as a hardback, high quality heirloom book.
It doesn’t have to be just photos – we can scan letters, recipes, newspaper articles, awards or any other document that is important to your story.

A full time-coded transcript of the interview. Supplied as Microsoft Word file.

This will be around 60 pages, with photos supplied by you, and anecdotes taken from your interview.
Includes: Editing of interview material into stories and chapters, processing photos you supply, addition of extra material such as family member lists, design and layout by our graphic designer, proofing, printing and binding costs for 10 copies.

Selection of video highlights
Editing of video, including enhancement of images and audio
Video will be supplied on USB Stick in presentation box. You will also receive all the unedited video footage.
